@Bethan polyester is synthetic fibre and isn’t very breathable so not the best for little ones
I don’t mind a polyester/cotton mix. 100% cotton has increased in price but a lot of people don’t want to pay the extra for cotton. For babies I’d want cotton but for toddlers a mix is fine x
Never had issues finding pure cotton for baby. Polyester is cheap so you get what you pay for I guess but vinted is great for good quality second hand clothes
I have a mix. I try to avoid polyester at bed time / nap time as she sweats something chronic! If you want any good quality cotton baby clothing look in charity shops / vinted etc. price point is alot more affordable and you can get some absolutely amazing goodies
@Katya it’s not hard to find for baby but once they’re over 4 it’s a nightmare
Ohh ok, mine is younger. I do find the type of clothes I like for him ridiculously expensive though
It's less breathable but we've never had issues with it. My step son is nearly 5 so most of his would probably be a polyester mix and never had a problem with it.
@Katya it only gets more expensive 😭😂 wish I was told this, I end up having to buy really high quality for my lo
@Bethan I understand there’s probably not much issues with it, it’s just a personal preference and just really irritating that it’s hard to find simple high fibre material xx
I don't mind Polyester. It's soft. I've never really paid much attention as long as it's soft on her skin.
