Losing stress weight before June

In the last year and a half I’ve gained about 35lbs. It’s been a very stressful time and I’m trying to get physically and emotionally fit before TTC in June. I dance once or twice a week and I’ve been walking and doing some squats/yoga poses/weights one or two times a week. I’m in graduate school, doing an internship, and working so I don’t have a ton of time so I want to make the most of the time I do have. Any advice?

The best shape I’ve been in as an adult was while I was training for a half marathon just before I turned 30, but as soon as I stopped running I started gaining weight, and I didn’t just go back to where I was before I started, I gained way more than I ever have. I just want to find some balance and something that feels sustainable

That’s me I always get to 219 and then just get stuck but after a while I see the weight going up on me again
