Is anyone else experiencing severe cramping after a vaginal birth? It hasn’t been like this before but today it’s gotten really bad and I took a Tylenol but the pain just got worse. I messaged my OB but wanted to know if this was something anyone else has had

Does anyone else get a strong pulsing feeling from the top of the fundus down to your vaginal canal? Mine feels like hot and squeezing and travels all the way down. It hurts pretty bad and happens a lot. I’m 33 weeks by the way. Idk what this feeling is but it’s really uncomfortable.
