Muscle cramps

Thursday I woke up and my calf went into a cramp but it lasted ages and it was so uncomfortable, was woken up in the middle of the night and it happened again on the other leg! But then my calves have ached since Thursday 😂🥲, anyone else experienced this. It’s pretty serve when it’s happened

20 week scan - 1 baby 2 placentas

Anyone else out there have 2 placentas?? 🤯🤯 Was told some women just grow an extra one, 2nd isn't attached to baby. Main one is on the back wall and the 2nd doing nothing is on the front wall just blocking me from feeling most my baby's movements.
