Harriet Gibbs

Harriet (she/her) is an experienced health visitor and baby sleep expert.

She has a young family herself, including a son and identical twin girls.

Harriet works part-time as a health visitor in Sussex.

She also works as a sleep consultant, running sleep support programs that enable her to support families with sleep issues.

She is a Twins Trust volunteer and supports families with twins and more on the community forums.

Harriet is a Registered Adult Nurse with a background in women’s health nursing.
