Rosie Daughton

One half of ‘Rose and Rosie’, Rosie (she/her) began dating Rose in 2011, who immediately started recording their dates and uploading them to the internet.

Although some might consider this rude, for some unfathomable reason, people started watching their videos, leading them to become YouTubers.

Rosie is proud of being unapologetically out of the closet during a time when gay marriage wasn’t even legal in England.

Together they have a podcast on Spotify “Rose and Rosie Parental Guidance’ after being constantly disappointed with the lack of information on how queer couples can become a family.

Rosie enjoys cheesy, easy-read books, mulled wine, cups of tea, playing Fortnite, and horse riding!

She wants to have her own chickens and grow her own veg but isn’t quite there yet.

• As a bisexual Gemini, Rosie firmly believes in having options.
  
• Rosie auditioned to be on Big Brother 2008 and didn’t get through, which we can all agree is for the best.
  
• Rosie loves the band Aerosmith more than you.
  
• Rosie has tested the theory and tried every single hair color, and has found it is true that blondes do, in fact, have more fun.

Education

Rosie has a degree in Media and Cultural studies and has been working in online content creation and marketing for over 11 years.

Work experience

Rosie has toured the UK with her wife for their show, Exposed, they coauthored a book Overshare and created a documentary of the same name.

They welcomed their baby boy Ziggy in 2021.
