Baby sleep

Bed time

So our little girl is 2 y/o as of this past December and struggles with getting ready for bed. We try to let her do it, make it a game, bargain, pleed... In the end we like literally have to resell her into her PJs and pull up. She's crying and I feel horrible, but she recovers in 2 seconds! Any suggestions? She's always hated getting her diaper changed, but lately, it's like reasoning with her isn't an option at bed time.
