I’m back to pre-pregnancy sleep, takes ages to fall asleep and only getting a few hours a night. Bubs isn’t an issue at the moment, just can’t seem to get myself to sleep. Anyone else had insomnia/sleep problems and have any tricks

My baby is 18 weeks old and started rolling back to belly last week. Now it’s all she does! She has good head control however now it’s interrupted her sleep a lot. She constantly wants to sleep on her belly and is always trying to roll over in the cot. We have been rolling her back as she doesn’t know how to do this yet. It’s becoming exhausting already. She does move her head to the side 90% of the time. Just feel really nervous letting her stay on her belly while we are sleeping as she’s still so little. Red nose says they recommend rolling them back over until they know how to do it themselves. Any advice?
