We are with our 2.5 year old. We decided to try Lora Jensen's 3 day potty training and am feeling so defeated after day 1. Any advice?

Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s kid doesn’t do full sentences and only says a couple of words. We have a friend who’s son is about 6m older than my son. So it just makes me concerned. I don’t even remember when my eldest spoke (she’s almost 13)
