Moving to Nashville

Hello Nashville! We are going to move in may this year and I am looking for schools recommendations.

My son was born NOV 2022 and he’ll turn 4 this year, I understand that the school year starts mid August so he will still be 3 at that time. Would you recommend waiting another year or start straight away? If so what school would you recommend?

I am moving from Europe so this is actually all new for me and I don’t have anybody in Tennessee YET 😊😉

WFH with a newborn, possible??

I have a great job right now and am scheduled for maternity leave starting late April. Unfortunately, I learned this week that my company is trying to dissolve my department. Although my director and department chair are fighting passionately, I fear for my job. If a decision is made before April…I could potentially lose my job and not receive maternity leave. (My husband and I can’t afford to live on one income.)

So is it realistic to have a full-time work from home job with a newborn? And if so, what types of jobs can I apply for that would allow me to do that?
