Any moms in here got a membership at the Y? How is it ? I’m really considering it since they have childcare

I am currently kind of a single mother my husband is in another country at the moment and I need a babysitter for my child so I can get my hair done. I'm not comfortable with just anyone coming to my house. I would like a service that offers a background check and a thorough one at that. I don't use care.com because their background checks are not sufficient. They have had overwhelming complaints and have done nothing to resolve them. What agency or group do you find your babysitter's in?

Im trying to see if there’s any Memphis groups and all of them seemed to have fizzled out within the last year (or 3) and I’m like ??? So how am I supposed to make friends???
