Pregnancy scans

12 weeks. Need answers

I just turned 12 weeks today and they did an ultrasound and said that it looks like the baby have Physiologic midgut herniation. But that I have to come in next week when I’m 13 weeks to make sure. What does that mean? He said it’s still early for him to be sure it’s that since I just turned 12 weeks today. Please someone help me.
