How old would your child have to be before you allow them to have acrylic nails? (Not the stick on/ glue on from Walmart)

Has anyone given birth here recently? They don’t do tours so I’m having a hard time finding out what supplies they provide when I’m there in order to pack my hospital bag. Any advice or feedback would be great!
