Wake Forest

Hey, going into my second trimester I'm hoping to start doing prenatal yoga. I heard it helps with delivery however when I look on Google the closest one seems to be in Roseville. Does anybody know of any good prenatal yoga classes a little bit closer to Wake Forest the Roseville ones like over 30 minutes away from my house.

I just moved to wake forest I’m originally from Greenville NC and I would love to find some friends to have play dates with or go out for a night !
