Hi! My husband, son (21 months) and I are currently on the east coast and looking to move to NM in the upcoming months! Can I have recs on safe, family friendly neighborhoods to look into? we’d like to be close to Santa Fe if possible :) Thanks so so much!

Do you any of you guys get scared that some people on here might be trying to be friends with you, so we can meet up to hang out, they steal your babies to either pretend they are theirs or sell them and head straight to Mexico? Am I crazy? 1. Tell me I’m a weirdo or 2. Tell me I’m not alone lol

Are there any splash pads or kid pools in abq? If so, where and what are they called?

My husband and I decided to move to New Mexico soon. We would like some help finding someone that can help us get a house or apartment and works with bad credit. We would also like to know whatever information yall would like to share with us about the state. We have a 10 month old little boy, 4 dogs and a hamster

edit we don’t care too much about location as long as it’s relatively safe, however would prefer more mountain areas*

My little is 6 months old and he’s been ahead of expectations on several things but his six month check has me feeling terrible. There are small things he’s not doing yet like sitting independently, or banging toys together, etc and the pedi made it sound like he’s behind and I just feel terrible. I logically know that there’s a reason milestones have such a huge window, but mom guilt is telling me I’m failing miserably at the simplest things. I had one job and I’m screwing it up. I wish there was a switch I could flip to just turn those thoughts off.
