My entire pregnancy my weight gain was completely normal, I went from 135 to 165, and as soon as I gave birth I instantly lost 10 pounds which got me to 155. Then 1 week PP i got to 148. I breastfeed so everyone was telling me that breastfeeding makes you lose weight because it burns calories but i’m 4 months PP now...

My baby went from sleeping through the night (4-5 hour stretches) around 3 months old, to now (almost 5 months old) waking up every 1 hour… I just started being able to enjoy sleeping again and now i feel like im back in the newborn trenches 🥲 How can I get her to sleep though the night again?
