September 2023 babies

Hi all! My lg is 8 weeks old. She has been (we’ve had a few rough days!) sleeping for 5-6hrs starting around 10pm and then waking for feed and nappy change around 5/6am and then sleeping until 8am. She doesn’t poo at all during this period but… she wakes up very gassy and then does lots of explosive poos. I spend my whole morning changing nappies. This morning there were 3x wet, explosive nappies. Is this normal? I’m taking her to the GP next week anyway due to her reflux. Could this be related? I’m just a nappy changing machine! 😂💩💩💩

Any coping strategies as im really finding it hard to navigate life with a toddler and newborn who is breast fed. Feel like I cant even get dressed or find time to shower or eat!

I’m hoping to get a breast bump to express some of my milk. Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m going to express roughly two bottles a day for my little one.

Anyone else birthed a 10lb baby ? My little girl was 10lb on the dot. My vagina has deformed suffered 🤣 on the mend now but a lot to do. I also have diastasis recti so need to do exercises for that

My head is all over with how to dress little boy in this weather ….i would usually do a t-shirt vest, a long sleeve bodysuit, joggers, socks and then if we go out a little zippy jacket or jumper and a blanket around his legs.

Should he have an extra coat on the top half?? My other problem is with that many layers he seems to then get really bunched up and you can’t actually fit the top coat on his arms properly
