To tell you my story, I'm Susie an English 40 year old mum of 2 from Warrington, Cheshire. I have 2 sons Zac is 19 and Deacon 'DJ' is 2 both have different fathers I'm currently in a relationship with DJ's father.
I've set up this group because I have ended up in a life direction I didn't think would come. I fell in love with guy who had just started divorce proceedings. He is now living with his autistic teenage son. He also has a daughter who is in her final year at school.
I've spent many years trying to understand and work around autism but its hard. Although my partner is decent and supportive we have our struggles especially on school holidays.
I'm looking for other women that have been or currently in a similar position. Don't be shy share with me
