Preparing for divorce

I can't believe I'm saying this but after tonight's fight, I think I need to prepare myself for a divorce. We have 2 school age boys, just moved into a house 2 months ago. He won't leave and I refuse to as well. Any tips on what I need to do right now? He blindsided me with his desire to be with someone else. I've been dealing with this for months and it's literally making me sick.

I just wanted to share this kids yoga channel I found! It's called cosmic kids yoga and it is great for getting young kids (probably 2/3 and up) interested in yoga. They do yoga adventures which is a story with yoga moves attached. My 4 yo girl loves it! It's a great way to get a get stretch and get a nice break with your kids

I saw that there’s free classes for yoga? But I don’t see an option for like only moms? There’s Prenatal, moms & toddlers. I really want to do the moms & toddlers but my baby is only 3months😭
