Isnt just washing up the bottles in hot soapy water enough? Want everyone's opinions please?

Has anyone experience a dip in their breast milk supply right at 6 months? I am an undersupplier and pump, but I like to give 50/50 formula/BM. I’m usually very consistent on what I produce. But I’ve been on a QUICK steady decrease.

Wondering if it’s normal and will come back soon? Or maybe just drying up?

Hey mamas I need some advice or tips My baby is 3 months old and will not sleep always want to be held as soon as I put him down in his moses basket he wakes up and starts to cry... hes done this since the day he was born.. I've tried everything I dont know what to do???

First day back home with my new baby and I just can’t stop crying. I have a lot of feelings of self doubt, don’t feel like I’m doing this mom thing very well and to top it all off my body is incredibly sore from deliver. Is it normal to just lay in bed and cry for a few hours when I’m SO new to motherhood.
