St Thomas

I'm planning to relocate to St. Thomas by Aug. I'm a single mom of two children and seeking recommendations for: -affordable cars -residence (I had a real estate agent tell me it is too soon to search and to wait until July) -pediatricians

While i have visited before, it was before COVID. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
