Hi all, anyone with a 6 month old with constipation, what do you give ? PHN recommends cool boiled water nothing happening unfortunately 😭

Hi everyone! I'm 38, first time preggers and been here in Ireland just about a year. I'm wondering if anyone is feeling extra..well, everything seems extra right now 😂But say extra emotional, or even homesick? Originally from Malaysia, don't usually miss it - until now!! Would love to hear from you ladies, hope everyone is surviving the 1st trimester OK 👍
