Bachelor/Master of Science in Psychology

I am a single mother of four kiddos by choice while homeschooling three of them. My oldest is a teenager (14) and my youngest is a toddler (3). I am literally doing it all myself with the patience and grace from God. My support system is demolished. I have no friends but I do communicate with others not on a regular basis just when they outta want something or just feel like pouring all their problems on somebody. I'm also a victim of identity theft and that sucks because it's interfering with my credit 😩.

Please help Mom in Graduate School

Hi everyone, I am a mom of 2 and am currently working on my PHD in graduate school. I had my second 2 years right in the middle of my program and it was tough. I ended up being diagnosed with PPD. I became interested in studying PPD and how the impact of the stressors of graduate school can impact it. I decided to do my dissertation on this topic. I am currently collecting data and would greatly appreciate it if anyone would be willing to complete it. This data can be helpful to mothers and universities who can implement social supports. This is completely voluntary!! I wish everyone luck on their programs and motherhood!

Maternity Leave/LOA from school

I’m currently getting my MSW! I’m due in November and have planned to take Fall term off to allow a stress free third trimester. Im wondering if I’ll be ok going back in January for Winter term? Anyone currently doing grad school with a newborn? How did you manage?

Hello All, I am a mother of a beautiful almost 2 year old girl, employed full-time and in full-time graduate school. Would love to talk with other like-minded super women trying to have it all! I don't want to just complain about how hard it is (because it is hard) but would rather create a network where we can support each other and remind each other why we went back for our degrees, Knowing full well how hard the journey would be. To get the discussion going, feel free to comment below with what degree you are pursuing and what you want to do with it and why! I am pursuing a MBA/Master's in Accountancy and want to get into forensic accounting! Down the line, my husband and I also want to own our own gym!
