what are your favorite BLW cookbooks? my son is 6 months and i want to start BLW in the next month or so.

What kind of lunches do people give their 9 month old? Thinking about starting to add his third meal which is lunch but no idea what to give him

Fish first time!

I'm upping my son to 3 meals a day from today and have decided to give him some cod loin which I've steamed and blended. I don't know if he will like it but I'll try him. I'm hoping he will put on some more weight if I consistently feed him 3 meals per day and weave his bottle feeds in between. It's difficult as he is a premie and can only take so much food. As ever, it's baby steps. Pardon the pun!
