Midwife Advice

We just noticed our fridge has been set to 48 degrees and likely for a day or 2. My 4 year old has pushed the buttons to hear the beeps before so he probably did that at some point. I'm mostly worried because I have been eating foods like cheeses and fruit from the fridge plus drinking the milk and cream, and I know it is all pasturized beforehand but am so scared of listeria... should I definitely be worried or because of the pasturization, it couldn't have just grown from nothing?

I’ve got discharge with some spotting (pink) in 3 days this is the 2nd time but todays is a lot more pink. I’ll put photos in the comments. EDIT : I’m 16 weeks 1 day

Please give honest views, if this was you what would you rather if you had no other choice.

Hi everyone, I had a c section on Thursday and I’m getting sharp pulling pains when i move too quickly or get up off bed etc around the cut. Is this normal? also do you think the scar is healing ok!?

Hi, My sister is having a baby. Her waters broke two days ago and she has been having mild contractions. Today she had a scan and they told her the baby is in transverse position and have suggested a c section.

Have anyone tried to manouvre a baby from transverse to head down after waters have broken?
