So what next?

So my LG has just been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy I’m waiting on more information from the paediatrician, but what happens next? Also I’m not sure if this is a silly question but Is this something that is genetic? Is there chance of future babies having it? It’s been so tough to digest everything.
