Where is everyone sending their little ones to nursery?

We did a tour of one today and although the staff ratio was good, the nursery itself felt very cramped! Also is it normal for no windows to be open, the air was so stuffy in there I felt sick after 😅

Hi everyone, I recently moved to the BS37 area, very close to Yate and need to register with a GP. Does anyone have any recommendations on GP surgeries? Some of the google reviews are very conflicting so would like to hear personal experiences from Mums!
