**Hyperemesis Gravidarum**

So I have done a test and I'm pregnant again and already I'm starting to hate the same smells as last time and I really don't want to have HG again I suffered so much the first time around I was constantly in hospital and on antisickness tablets bit I have a feeling I'm going to have it again 😔

So I’m on my third pregnancy. I’ve had HG with all 3 now. I got prescribed a Buccal as soon as I found out I was pregnant because the nausea was the thing that tipped me off that I might be pregnant.

However I’m now roughly 7+3 and the nausea is unbearable. So far I’ve been lucky enough to keep some food and drink down but may I start being sick towards the evening.

I’m eating little and often and avoiding things that set me off but I don’t know what else I can do to ease the nausea. I have two kids under 3 so can’t just go and lie down and rest either as they are very active.

Has anyone had a jury summons while pregnant and extremely sick?

Should I talk to doctor about it? Can you get excused? Ugh idk how I’ll be able to sit through it if selected. 🤦‍♀️🤢

I'm considering a second baby after a horrendous HG pregnancy with my daughter who is nearly two.

I'm currently trying to get my ducks in a row and would appreciate any advice from those if you who had a second baby.

I understand that referral for pre-conception counselling for HG is offered at St Thomas' in London (with self-referral being possible) but I don't know the name of the department/doctor to get the ball rolling.

I was bed-bound with my first so am very apprehensive about day-to-day life with another HG pregnancy while navigating the terrible twos. X

Did anyone have HG in a second/third pregnancy? Im terrified of having it again when I do fall pregnant again I’ve heard the risks of having it again but really hoping it’s not always the case?
