Medicine while BF
I’ve had a sore throat and nose congestion for days now and I’m at my wits end, are there any medication I can take while BF? I know paracetamol and Ibrophen but any congestion stuff I can take? Thanks x

Breast milk out of the fridge
Can anyone tell me how long breast milk will be okay for baby to consume if I’ve taken it out of the fridge and warmed the bottle but my baby has not drunk it? I know once it’s drunk it needs to be consumed within two hrs, but what if it isn’t? TIA
