Breast refusal at 10 months

Anyone experienced this? My 10 month old has just suddenly started screaming when I offer him breast. He hasn’t fed for two days just screams. I have pumped, but I just don’t think I can produce enough to sustain him. (He also screams at me when he sees me pumping) We have been to the hospital today as he has a bad chest and has been given steroids. They aren’t concerned about him not feeding as he is a chunky baby and had a wet nappy when we got seen…
