Medicine while BF
I’ve had a sore throat and nose congestion for days now and I’m at my wits end, are there any medication I can take while BF? I know paracetamol and Ibrophen but any congestion stuff I can take? Thanks x

You can try a nasal spray, ask the pharmacist and they should be able to also advice you with the right one and other options as well.
