Has anyone actually had any luck with SMEP? Online it says to start BD on cycle day 8 but we didn’t do it last night so now I’m on cycle day 9. Do I do it tonight then cycle day 11?

OPK levels all over the place?
Can anyone help me with what could be happening with my OPK's? I got a peak, they went down for a day or so, now they have gone back up? We had a chemical last month so not sure if that's why? Do I carry on BD'ing?

Here is my (sort of) SMEP baby. Sophie Grace was born after 24 hours of induced labor, last Tuesday. Hope everyone is well!!

Success stories and tips on SMEP?
Hiya! New to the app and this wonderful community and just came across SMEP which we will try this month. Just wondered if anyone had any tips (supplements, preferred ovulation test kits, etc.)? Would also love to hear any success stories on SMEP - just for inspiration / hope :)
