I’m 2.5 weeks away from my FET. By then I would have down regulated for 8 weeks (mild to moderate Adeno) any TOP TIPS for my last few weeks of prep? It’s our last NHS funded embryo 🙏🏻🤞🏻🌈👼🏼 (we are with UCLH in London) last transfer we miss-miscarried at around 7/8 weeks. I have such a warm, gut feeling that this is our baby BUT I’d love some final tips from you all to help boost me over the next few weeks. I lost my Dad 3 weeks ago & I’m trying to put my wellness at the top of my list but of course it’s a very emotional time. Sleeping well, a workout + a swim each week. I’m having acupuncture once a week & will have sessions before & just after my transfer, I eat well anyway (clean eating all the good stuff), I don’t drink caffeine anyway, no booze since NYE plus we have both been on all of the ‘it starts with the egg’ high quality supplements for over a year) Let me know your thoughts, look forward to having a read of your comments 😁
