What spread/butter are we giving our babies? We use flora light in our house it’s vegan, is this ok to use??

Has anyone found their baby is more sicky/ has more spit up on Pepti 1? Recently diagnosed with CMPA and this formula has improved her symptoms but she was never much of a “sicky” baby, even on cows milk formulas. The formula does seem very thin and wondering if this could be why?
