Daycare naptime for ebf baby

My baby will start daycare in a couple of months but I am worried about nap times. She usually falls asleep while breastfeeding or if she's in a stroller or car, which obviously won't be options at daycare. Does anyone have any tips (not crying it out)?

Sleep Train

My baby is 9 weeks old and currently only contact naps, which sometimes only last 20-30 min . once we put him down he wakes up immediately and seems uncomfortable. Rocked and occasionally fed to sleep, working really hard to break feed to sleep association. And it’s now taking a long time to rock to sleep. I would like to move away from the contact naps and get him to sleep in his cot desperately as its getting mentally challenging. And also encourage him to sleep without a strong association. Any advice please on what steps to take. Where do I start from to make a change , naps or bedtime ? . I also wonder if it’s too early to sleep train
Thank you

Baby sleep

5am wake up

Hi everyone, my 6 month old wakes every day at 5:15am. He sleeps throughout the night now with no wakes or feeds. He does not wake up for food at 5:15, he just wakes for the day.

We leave him in his cot in his room until 6, going in and just sushing him when needed but he refuses to go back to sleep.

His bedtime is always 7:30pm and we have a consistent bedtime routine. We have tried moving it earlier and later but it does not help.

Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how have you changed their wake time. Even if we could make it till 6am that would be a big improvement.

TIA x

Sleep

Will my 9 month old ever go back to sleeping in his crib? The last two months he will only sleep while being held and definitely is teething a little bit currently but struggling over here with sleep and naps!
