Hi ladies, for those that have given birth at Russell’s Hall Hospital, what items do they provide for free for both you and baby? Just started packing my hospital bag, and will be useful to know what I could be getting post birth! Thank you xx

Not sure if people know, but there is a new baby store opening tomorrow at Merry Hill, it opens at 10 and is doing a launch with goody bags and potentially other deals. I plan to head there for my 1st proper solo trip as my husband went back to work today. Could be nice to meet other people there.

Has anyone had an elective here and can share their experience? Also, do they tend to stick to the date they book you in for or can it change? Any info would be helpful thank you xx

Will I have to take my tongue piercing out? And ear piercings?

Can my partner stay over night?

Are you kept on a ward with other people or a private room?

Is there anything you recommend for the hospital bags?
