Anxiety

Hi, is anyone else suffering from really bad morning anxiety from menopause. My periods are rarer now since May, but since then, the hot flushes started, but the worst thing is waking up with an awful feeling of anxiety. Having tried hrt before and not reacting well I went back on fluxotine which helped until now. Gp has upped the dose and although seeing a tiny improvement it's still quite bad. Moved house from London to Newark in April after 20 years and it feels very isolating whilst dealing with this. Would love to chat to others and make some friendships as it's so hard to do at this age

HRT and lumps

I recently discovered a lump in my breast so have to have that checked out. Dr told me to come off HRT (was on 50 Evorel - only went up in the last month) and 100mg progesterone. I am classified as post menopausal as haven't had a period for over 12 months now but am wondering if anyone who has been in this situation if symptoms came back quickly? Dr said if lump is not cancerous I can go back onto HRT.

Could the increase of hormones have caused the lump as it wasn't there 2 months ago?

Everol 50 and progesterone tablets

Have any of you ladies had this combination. Started with Everol Conti patches and had bleeding every other week, full period. Then sequel and it was the same although every 3 weeks. Now on Everol 50 and tablets. Only on them a week, but beyond tired. Really emotional, and just feel like giving up. Please help, anyone else feeling the same . 😒
