Weight loss postpartum
Hey ! I am 5 months postpartum and I’ve only managed to lose about 4 pounds. Realistically I need to lose at least another stone to be a healthier weight and also get my confidence back. However I’m really struggling! Anyone got advice or magic diets lol???

Does anyone know if there is another local weigh in clinic around? I currently go to northlands hub to get my children weighed but missed this Monday group and ideally want to get it done this week! Xx
