Mamas do you take probiotics or drink apple cider vinegar?

I’m hearing eczema is also related to gut health. My baby is taking Biogaia probiotics but was wondering if any breastfeeding mamas are taking probiotics, if so which ones are you taking? I’ve also heard drinking apple cider vinegar can help with gut health, my friend with eczema uses it and swears by it, she does not have a baby. I am not sure about breastfeeding mamas drinking it though. Any thoughts?

Pediatrician is not giving referral to dermatologist

Long story short… my baby has eczema but our paediatrician is not giving me a referral to a dermatologist. This started when she was 1 month old, she is now almost 6 months old. I have tried several creams ointments and hydrocortisone creams without any significant improvement. Not only she is not giving us a referral but she is also not providing enough information on how to apply the creams etc. she suggested bathing her everyday day but that made things worse… she’s scratching her skin at every chance. I need to have her on pants and long sleeves at all times. At her sleep she’s scratching the sides of her head… Even my family doctor said you have to learn to live with it and I might not be able to control the flare ups for years at a time! I’ll leave more pictures at the comments… your thoughts?

I’m I wrong that I want to see a dermatologist and find the reason of the flare ups? I’m I overthinking and overreacting?

Baby shampoo

Hey mommies can you recommend a baby shampoo that can be safe for eczema skin and at the same time good for cradle cap! ( the cradle cap is already better then before, I was using mustela brand and I don’t know if it’s ok for the skin as I was trying it not to touch my baby skin.. my LO is 4 months).
