I just had my second child this week on 11/11
I went in and made no progress for some time so myself and my provider decided to move on to a c-section as I had a bunch of troubles throughout pregnancy as well as my baby was pretty large.
My first was a vaginal birth, so this is a hard and really difficult to be healing from and I feel like I didn’t fully process how hard this was going to be.
I’m in so much pain, and so sluggish at the moment as I know is probably normal.
However I need some tips to help ensure healing/and successful recovery.
I’m not even sure where to start.any tips would be amazing, I’m being discharged any moment now and going to pick up my 7 year old to say I’m anxious would be an understatement…
