This group has been created to support pregnant mums on their journey to a positive childbirth.
I will be walking it alongside you, as I am currently expecting baby #3, due in Aug. For the past 2 years I have been teaching hypnobirthing online, alongside being a maternity coach and therapist.

✔️ Expect some tips and techniques to help you during labour and beyond. Most of the learning in hypnobirthing are not just for childbirth, but tools you'll be able to use as long as you want.
