Women with Bleeding Disorders

Just wondering if anyone can share their experience of childbirth with Von Willebrand? I have been given the option of natural labour/induction (but without epidural, ventouse or forceps) or an elective c section (with spinal or general anesthetic but not epidural)

It would really help me to know what worked for you. I am particularly afraid of having an emergency c section.
