Awks Walk

Hello! So I'm just trying to gage interest on an idea I've had.

Awks-Walk A low-pressure walk for parents & caregivers

Do you ever want company but not conversation? (if that's a yes- me too!)

Awks-Walk will be a weekly, no-pressure walk for neurodivergent, introverted, or socially tired parents and caregivers.

What to expect:

Walking: guaranteed

Talking: completely optional

No small talk required

No pressure to engage

Kids welcome

Headphones welcome

Come and go as you need

A weekly gentle walk around Colwick Park. You can walk beside others, ahead, behind or quietly on your own.

This will be a non-judgemental space. You can be quiet, awkward, overwhelmed, or just yourself.

Does this sound like something you would attend? Xx

Baby products

Baby bank

Does anyone know of any baby banks in the area that would want a full travel system and baby bottles? I've seen a few that won't accept car seats or prams but I wanted to donate instead of giving to charity shop and I don't have the heart to just chuck away the bottles when I know someone else can make use of them.
