3 month old sleep schedule

Just wondering does anyone have a bit of routine with naps by now or just as when needed.

I go by awake windows and sleep cues, I have to rock to sleep for naps in house and he never wakes up from them I have to cap them or he would sleep all day. If we go out in pram or car he will also immediately sleep.

He is nearly 11 weeks but just wondered if I should start trying to have a nap schedule at 3 months ?

He struggles in evening a lot and gets overtired or has a lot of false starts so also wondered if what ur afternoon evening naps look like timing and length wise. I have to take into account school run’s also.

Thanks

Baby sleep

Breastfed baby won't sleep on his own

Any breastfeeding mums here who’ve been through this?

My little boy won’t sleep at night unless I’m in bed with him and usually with my breast in his mouth. If I try to put him down on his own, he wakes up screaming and panicking and it takes ages to calm him again. Sometimes he wakes every 20 minutes like this.

It used to be even worse β€” I couldn’t put him down at all β€” so I know it is improving slowly. But his bedtime is 7pm and right now that means I have to go to bed then too.

I’m starting to feel really burnt out and don’t know what’s normal anymore. Is this common with breastfed babies? Should I just keep going and wait for him to grow out of it, or keep trying to get him to sleep independently?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through something similar.

Baby sleep

10 month old sleep routine

My almost 10 month old will sleep for at least 10 hours at night once down, but getting him down to do so isn’t the easiest task. I have tried shorter day naps, longer but less day naps, less short day naps and no matter how many naps I do in the daytime he still won’t sleep until around 9pm.

Any routine tips to get him to sleep from around 7pm?
