What’s everyone reading this week?

I’ve been reading Shirley Jackson’s short story collection. Her takes on motherhood and wife-hood can be haunting but she has an amazing writing style!

Favorite book

What is your favorite book and why?

My favorite is Lord of the Rings. I am not much of a fantasy reader but I read it over and over as a kid and really connected to its themes of enjoying a simple life and that everyone has the power to save the world. I could go on about it forever!
