My Depression Team

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Deanna Marie I'm suffering from depression and multiple anxiety disorders.... Anyone else wanna b friends

My husband has depression, PTSD, Anxiety, and Autism. In 2020 he almost died from a ruptured bowel, and he amped up his self care as a result. He is free of his depression symptoms with the help of multiple things he did under the care of a psychiatrist, and a psychologist. I love how he is dealing with past traumas, and prioritizing his mental health. I have seen so much growth in not only him, but in our marriage as well. Every day is a new realization, or learning process for growth and improvement. I hope to share what we have learned through the process.

Hello all, I’m Stephanie Armstrong and I’m living in Louisville, KY. I've struggled with depression most all my life. I was diagnosed with bipolar in 2019 or 2020. After being hospitalized in 2018 and again in 2019 and 2022 after my baby girl was born. I believe I have seasonal depression because it's always worse come fall. I was born and raised in upstate NY by a single mother. I am an only child. I am married and have three children two boys and a girl. I am of the LDS faith and community. I do not use drugs or alcohol I am taking prescribed medication for my mental health.
