Mums yoga

Hi ladies hope you don’t mind me posting this here🧘🏼 I am offering two new yoga class times at All Women’s Health (underneath anytime fitness in Paddington) - with the option to bring your baby along. We will have a student midwife available for busy classes to help out with bubba snugs so you can actually get chance to excercise.

The class is open to all levels and will aims to challenge and inspire you as you move through a state of flow (and mum brain) I teach the class with my 5month old Posie and we are always keen to meet new people and go for a coffee after.

Mondays and Wednesdays 10.15am

You do need to book ahead so please use the link in the previous post to get that done!

Toddlers $15, and you are allowed to bring baby along and wear them/leave them in stroller if you need to!

Play dates

Tuesday - Mainly Music

Heya, I took the girls to check out Mainly Music at Mitchelton, it was great and we enjoyed it (we don’t mind some god songs 😁). It runs from 9.30 for music and dancing, then morning tea then free play at the hall and they have the outdoor play too. Cost is $5. Check it out if you want to find something to do on Tuesday.
