What prenatals does every recommend? I’ve been taking the nature made prenatals folic acid+ dha+ choline. Not sure if that’s enough. This is my second pregnancy but just wanna make sure me and the baby get our necessary vitamins and nutrients in.
Currently have some and baby refuses and can taste them in her food.
Just wondering how many people have decided to fake folic acid throughout the whole pregnancy or stop after 12 weeks? My midwife told me it’s absolutely fine to take it the whole time but can increase the risk of tongue-tie? I’m currently 13 weeks with first my baby 🙂
