My MIL came over yesterday and I guess noticed I look like I’ve been working out and gave me a compliment. I know that I don’t have much of a butt though (thanks breastfeeding.) So she asked me if I follow a certain fitness girl on IG, she said “you should really check her out she has the best glute exercises.” I was like okay cool thanks. Then this morning she went ahead and forwarded me the girl’s IG page and said “some cool things to try here.”Am I crazy to think she was trying to tell me to work out my butt more 😅

I’m 2months pp and want to get my strength and fitness back. I’ve been on a couple of runs on the weekend when my partner has baby, but does anyone have any advice for how I can workout in the week with a clingy baby? She contact naps in the day so I struggle to have more than 30mins to myself!

First time mom and I've heard lots about how meal prepping freezer meals now before baby comes is a life saver for post partum but despite my best efforts, I'm having trouble finding recipes for things that will hold up in the freezer.... so far I have lasagna, chili and chicken pot pie. I'll be delivering in August so not wanting a ton of soup options because of the heat. Ideas? Please include your favorite recipes! Thanks

Are you able to keep up with any kind of dancing with your bub? My little boy is 5 months old now and I’d really like to do a bit of dancing every now and again - nothing major just running through an old routine at home or doing a few drills but I’m finding this so impossible! Life is so unpredictable I never know if I have 10minutes or and hour free when I’m watching him and tbh any free time I have while he’s playing or napping I try to eat or rest. When I have others watching him, they use the dining room which is the only real space I can dance in. What do other dancers do? I really would love to be able to do even a little bit of dance once in a while to lift my spirits and move my body again
Where can I get some from? I’ve looked everywhere but everywhere seems to be just standard, on days like today I don’t have time to make stock/broth and I need a quick dinner for all of us so was thinking a chicken risotto but where do I get them stock from
Which supplements are you all taking? Idk why but I get so confused with it. I had a mmc last year so feel like I’ve got to take the best/most expensive supplements to ease my anxiety. If I take pregnancy vitamins instead of just folic acid alone do I need to take extra vitamin d or is there enough included in those. And then will take omega 3 as well.
