Little one is now 6 months old and the Health Visitor recommended that we start giving her some vitamins. Anyone got any recommendations of good brands/where to buy these? Thanks ☺️

I have only been gyming for like 2 months and slowly have been adding and trying new stuff. I knew like nothing before. How did you get into and know how to weight lift? Did you work with trainers? Take a class? Just wing it?

My husband purchased Preggo Capsules the bundle pack for men and women.... Does anyone know about them or have used them? We are attempting pregnancy naturally until it happens. Changed up my diet and also started going to the gym three days a week.
Hi,How soon after birth I can safely start exercising again? I’m a FTM and would usually be quite active. I enjoy running and going to the gym, but during pregnancy I’ve mostly stuck to yoga and the occasional walk. My job is quite active as well, so I’m often on my feet all day and pretty tired by the evening.I’d really like to get back into running and the gym after birth if possible, starting gently and building up gradually… wondered what peoples thoughts/experiences are. Thanks☺️

Me and my partner havnt even completed the second mountain! I swear i cant with this game 😭
by workput I mean anything, steps, running, yoga, pilates, whatever as long as it is moving your body in some way. Even if it's 10 or 15 min a day!!I've started doing yoga everyday, for 20/30 min and it has been a game changer (especially for my back lol) I feel happier, and when I force myself to actually doing it, even if I'm tired, I always end up feeling better

Is everyone giving their babies vitamins? He has a bottle of formula before bed but doesn’t always drink that now but that’s it. I’ve offered cows milk in the day but he’s not fussed. He has dairy yogurt/cheese every day is that enough?
Does anyone know if we should avoid certain exercises while on pelvic rest? I see so many things about pelvic floor exercises and how we should be doing them, but im curious if that’s something i should be avoiding. Thanks!!
Can anyone recommend a brand for CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) supplements? And what is a good dosage? TTC since a MC in May 2025 to no success yet!
I've been trying to find more recipes within our budget, and I found budgetbytes, which I love, but I have some really picky eaters to feed and even from their expansive list of recipes there's only a few my family will actually eat. Hoping someone out there has a favorite recipe website or blog that they want to share (preferably free) with recipes my family will eat
I started doing stretches last night because my lower back has been painful to the point it's slowing me down in daily life. Told myself to do a few stretches at night when my little one is asleep and in the morning when he's at school. I always start working out and stop. I'm strong for maybe a week then I stop. Either I'm too tired, my period or just life happens. How do you stay consistent with working out/eating healthy?
I’m thinking of starting a mum and baby class in which babies are welcome, in fact the class is centred around baby, no need to worry about childcare/ having time to workout because they can come along and no pressure if you need to feed/change/baby is fussing. A relaxed judgement free environment in which mums can exercise and socialise together.I’d maybe do a few different types of classes, so a baby wearing one, a class to bring toddlers (a bit more chaotic maybe with a play corner) one were babies can lie safely on the mat in front/in a bouncer, then maybe even a mummy and toddler yoga session. Is this something you would be interested in as a new mummy? I’m trying to see if there is an audience for it before I commit
60 min work out on the peloton treadmill.

Are you all giving vitamin D for EBF babies? My little boy is 2 months old and only now I started giving it to him but I feel guilty as I was told to start at 1 month
