Alfredo recipe

Hi, i'm new to this group, but i have a question for y'all. So my stomach can't tolerate store-brand or jarred Alfredo sauce. I'm not lactose intolerant or anything. Anyone have some good homemade Alfredo sauce recipes?

Cheese heart! Clearly made with love! ❤️😆

It was my first time ever making pizza from scratch. I made the dough waaay too thick because the instructions said “gently stretch it” and didn’t give a thickness goal so I ended up leaving it a little thick and after baking ended up with extra extra thick crust 😆 it was really fun to make though! Highly recommend. I wanna try a more complex topping recipe. This one was very basic since it was for toddlers. Anyone have one they really love?

Fake weights for toddler?

I’m on a new weight loss journey. I lost 4 stone before getting pregnant which took me about a year and 5 months to lose due to PMOS/PCOS.

After giving birth to my first I then put back on the 4 stone and an extra stone too.

I’ve now lost 1 stone 4 lbs through calorie counting and walking 6,000+ steps a day, but I need to add in weight training too.

I have weights at home for myself (kettlebell and dumbbells) but I was wondering if there are any toys out there for toddlers?

I work out at home as I don’t want to be away from my daughter at a gym, but she’s currently attached to me and going through separation anxiety so I thought I need to get her something that I can turn into a game whilst I’m exercising so she doesn’t get bored or hurt trying to use my weights.

Does anyone have any suggestions of where I can buy non-weighted toy versions of exercise equipment for her?

Or is this just a really bad/stupid idea?

Thanks in advance!

Batch Cooking Ideas

What are your favourite batch cook meals for lunch and dinner?

Back to work and want to make sure little one is still eating healthy food while I’m at work as I I usually cook fresh but I won’t have as much time to do this now x

Does anyone work out and if so how do you do it with a baby? Do you take them with you or have someone watch them?

Prenatal vitamins

What prenatal vitamins are you ladies taking? I got the Olly gummy ones, and they are sooo gross. I can’t stomach to eat them day/night. They’re huge, nasty, and the texture is gross.

Vitamin A, D & C

Has anyone started giving these supplements now that babies dropped milk a lot and transitioning to cows milk?

I am slightly confused of NHS guidelines on this. It says if baby (less than 12months) takes less than 500ml of formula milk a day then the baby will need to be given vitamin A,D and C.

Didn’t mention anything about cows milk or if babies are above 12 months.

What’s your thought and practice?

TIA!

Vitamins D

How are we administering vitamin D to our 1month + olds? I’ve been putting 1 drop on my nipple and letting baby feed. Is that okay? 😅

More batch cooks 👩🏽‍🍳🍽️

Last week it was babies turn, this week - mine! All homemade, veggies packed in (yup I have to do this for the partner to eat them! 🤣), and even got use of the leftover sweet potato and lentils from babies purée - so no waste! 🫶🏼
20 meals all together done, dusted and ready to freeze 🍽️
